Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for change-of-mind requests made within the 30-day refund period. Refunds are not available where you have materially consumed or abused the Service in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Coins and Memberships

• Coin packs: when a coin pack is refunded, the coins from that pack are removed from your balance.
• Memberships: when a membership payment is refunded, the coins added by that payment are removed. Cancelling stops future renewals and future coins; you keep your other benefits until the paid period ends.
• Welcome coins are free and are not part of any refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
