• Coins are added only when your payment succeeds — at sign-up and each renewal.
• Yearly members get the full year of coins upfront (12× the monthly amount).
• No coins are added while a membership is paused, past due or cancelled.
• Unused membership coins carry over up to one month's allowance; extra coins expire.
• Chapters you open stay open even if your membership ends.
